Since the start of my Project Marketing journey 23 years ago, I’ve used a special combination of integrity, dedication, passion, drive and an iron-clad work ethic to achieve a personal transaction of more than $1.95 billion in project sales.
I specialise in both off-the-plan and completed projects, and love developing incredible sales and marketing strategies for each and every development that I put my name to. My 23-year history of managing and selling projects speaks for itself - you can be sure that I’ll have your project covered from every angle! I’ll keep you in the loop with informative feedback and recommendations on designs, plans, product mix and sizing, finishes, pricing, contractual documentation, disclosure statements, body corporate, and more. Additionally, each development requires a specially tailored marketing campaign. It’s a lot more than just placing ads in the local paper, which might have been fine twenty years ago but doesn’t work nowadays!
My approach has seen me working with developers on their most important projects time and time again, and leaves not only the developer satisfied, but the buyer delighted and often even coming back for more!
Throughout my career, I’ve established some excellent relationships with highly rated financiers, accountants, solicitors and valuers, and together we’ll make sure that the entire sales and settlement process runs smoothly from top to bottom.
